Provide method for updating channel lineup

I would like a working method for reporting incorrect lineups/guide data and having them corrected in a timely manner. I know there is a form to fill out, but I've done that several times and never receive a response or have the guide data/lineup updated. Each time I report an incorrect lineup I would expect 1 of 2 things to happen. 1) Have the discrepancy fixed or 2) receive a response as to why TVGuide feels they are correct and I am wrong and to be able to provide additional information to support my claim.
