Mobile Tv Guide

I use Verizons Mobile Web. In Entertainment there is TV Guide.
I want to use it But I Get an Error Message When I Click on any Link.
The Error Message is
Http Error 500 Internet server Error?

i have called Verizon & They Said its not my Service?

also I tried to send TV GIUDe an Email On This Site But get EMAIL is Invalid?

What can You or anyone do to Fix this Technical Problem?

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that we investigated this situation and found a problem that was preventing you from using the serivice on your Verizon phone. We've located the source of that problem and it should be resolved as of now.

I have sent several messages to the feedback section from my cell phone, nothing has happened. I scheduled mobile alerts for about six programs but I wanted them all cleared. When I do the "clear all alerts," I still receive them. I also go to the shows and the only options are, "set show reminder," adn "set series reminder," which means that it thinks I don't even have it programmed! How can that be? I get at least 15 alerts a day because some of these programs are shown about 2 to 3 times a day. The shows I have listed that I want alerts removed for:

1. Making the Band (4)
2. Flavor of Love
3. CSI (Las Vegas)
4. American Justice
5. A Haunting
6. American Idol
7. Real Time with Bill Maher

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! I don't even think the shows are updated for the correct daylight savings time because I get two alerts for each show when I should only get one. (??) This is disruptive in my cell phone conversation and they irritate me by going off all day/night!

What can be done about this???
