It's true--I write the Cheers & Jeers column in the magazine, and I'll be looking at this board for our Reader's Cheer or Jeer of the Week...

Jeers to Brothers and Sisters, or maybe Marin Hinkle, for making the network crossover as textbook bitter ex-wife. Hinkle, better known as Two and Half Men's Judith Harper, should really think about broadening her roles to . . .say ex-girlfriend, and go from there. Baby steps.

Jeers to ABC's PR department for their premature adulation over Samantha Who. Before the first show even aired they were running promos declaring it the show everyone loves. How can everyone love it when no one had even seen it yet?

Jeers to the news Jorja Fox is leaving. I loved the story line with Grissom. Nice to have something different and now he's proposing and we know she's leaving. Sometimes TMI is not a good thing!

Jeers to Numbers:
Remember when the FBI would at least TRY to solve a case before they brought in the math whiz to solve it? Now it seems like the preachy math brother is on the case before the FBI even shows up. I wonder if there is a math example for how high one has to jump to get over that shark.

in regards to jeers about prison breaks, dominic purcell, has anyone heard of the word beefcake? of course he appears with his shirt half unbuttoned, and all sweaty. it has nothing to do with stress, or drama. the female fans love this stuff. i have observed one the message boards that the majority of fans are young mothers, whose husbands are deployed overseas. so, in a toungue in cheek way, mr. purcell is doing his patriotic duty.

Jeers to whoever failed to include Jim Dale in the TV Guide photo session and article about Pushing Daisies. The chance to hear his narration was the reason I started watching in the first place. So go invite him for an interview to make it up to us, and while you're at it, see if you can get him in a recurring role in front of the camera!

Cheers to NCIS to slip in Mcgee looking at petfinder.com for a puppy. That is a great site working to get innocent homeless pets a good home

Nice addition of characters from Louisiana to Heroes. HOWEVER, it would help to get the facts straight (the media usually has a hard time with that). There are no counties in Louisiana. There are only parishes. Our state is unique in this fact. The characters sound like they're from southern Georgia, NOT New Orleans. The accents are waaay off. Jeers.

Jeers to the writers and producers of the CW's Girlfriends. They have written the character Joan as a stupid, desperate, marriage obsessed woman. What happened to the woman who went to law school and was emotionally stable? The woman owns a business for crying out loud! How can she own a successful business and still have time to re-decorate her boyfriend's home? The writers must not know any successful women who actually manage to balance their careers without becoming desperate harpies who are constantly on the hunt for husbands. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

Jeers to How I Met Your Mother, which has degenerated into true raunch in the last few episodes. What started out as a sweet comedy in which a young man looked for a woman to marry has become The Barney Show. The episode about threesomes was too much for me and too much for the 8:00 hour. Then they capped it off with last week's show about tiny Barneys and Teds climbing over the girl's body. Unbelievable!

Last week's Robin storyline about the unshaved legs was lame. Marshall is truly wasted.

Please bring back the show I loved and the Ted I could empathize with. I miss them a lot.

Cheers to Journeyman for starting out the 10/15 Episode with the Priest saying "Oh Boy".
An obvious reference to another NBC show about time traveling - Quantum Leap.
