Can't record
I get the following message whenever I try to schedule a recording -
We’re sorry, but an error has occurred. Please try again or email a description of your issue to TV Guide at tivo@tvguide.com or post a description of your issue to the TiVo Remote Scheduling forum.

I've been getting that message for months. I was able to use online recording successfully in the past, but it hasn't worked for a long time.

So sorry to hear about your problems. What's the issue, exactly? Have you tried reestablishing your TVGuide.com-to-TiVo account link by canceling the account link from the TiVo Online Scheduling section of the Account (via the "My Settings" link above) and the re-linking the account? We've actually been experiencing some issues due to the TiVo account setup and that process has given us a short term fix while we work on getting a long term fix in place. Please let me know if this solves your problem.

I am seeing the same thing, but only with WCIUD 183 in zip code 60110 with Comcast Chicago. I tried to cancel and reconnect the account link, with no such luck.

I've recently subscribed to digital cable & now the TV Guide will not record certain channels with my TiVo. I keep getting error messages when I try to record the TV Guide Listings.
