Even though it looks pretty bad for Dean, I think Sam will finally realize his power and save him. But poor Dean will have to spend the summer in Hell.

OMG! I sincerely hope not. With all the damage he sustained it seems difficult to believe he would have survived. But again... his body is still there. No bodies of the other people in crossroad blues were ever found. What does it mean? He could still be alive. Hope..hope

I dont think so,i think the creater is going to pull a trickster and set it up like the demigod didnt actually let sam go from his time tunnel of dean dying all the time and he wakes up from it some how and dean is there or he go's to the trickster and makes him go back in time some how to bring him back

No, I honestly don't think he is dead.
They showed him at the end, yelling Sam's name. I believe he is in a holding place between Heaven and Hell.
ANYTHING can happen, and I honestly believe that Dean will be brought back.
How, I don't know, but it will be so much fun to watch!
I love Supernatural!
