Six Degrees

Ok can someone tell me why this fantastic looking woman is not a regular cast member on six degrees?

The primary plot should be switched between the ditzy wanna be blond/redhead who is trying to find her mother (poor plot for a character by the way) and Anya the seductive photography student... Everyone in the world has done the find the mother plot... get rid of her and give Shiri more play time in this series!

I wish they would add Shiri to the cast. I have liked her ever since she played on Roswell, the sci-fi series about aliens that landed in Roswell, New Mexico. That series only lasted 3 seasons, but Shiri was my favorite actress on the show.

The only problem I had with her on last night's episode of Six Degrees was she acted a little ditzy. She kind of reminded me of a silly teenager, though she was playing a 25 year old. I guess maybe that was what they were going for though, to make her look way younger than Steven, the guy she was going after.

Shiri Appleby is a wonderful change from the plastic blonds with big boobs who populate most TV programs...a real natural beauty.

Her interpretation of this role seems right on.....intelligent, talented, and appropriatly young. She somehow makes kissing a man old enough to be her father, natural and provocative.

If Six Degrees dosen't keep her as a regular cast member, they'll regret it. Someone else will grab this young lady and make her a real movie star....in the tradition of Natalie Wood or Audrey Hepburn

I really hope that happens. She is a very talented actress. I don't understand why we haven't seen more of her since Roswell. I've seen her on a couple of movies (Swimfan is actually the only one that comes to mind right now), and a couple of made for TV movies (one on Lifetime just a few weeks ago, and another on the Family Channel a while back), but unfortunately that's about it. I really would like to see her find a lasting role on a TV show.
