Meet PB Co-Executive Producer Nick Santora!
Excelling at writing for film, television, or literature is always challenging, but how could you excel at all three? Find out on Saturday, August 4, when the Alameda Writers Group (AWG) of Glendale, California welcomes Prison Break co-Executive Producer Nick Santora to our General Membership Meeting.
Nick got his start in Hollywood writing for The Sopranos, The Guardian, and Law & Order. This summer his first novel, the legal thriller Slip and Fall, became the first book published by Borders Books’ brand-new publishing division. Nick will discuss his journey as a writer, and share with us lessons he’s learned along the way about the craft and business of writing. As someone who’s successfully written for the page and the screen, his perspective is sure to benefit storytellers of all stripes.
AWG meets in the Auditorium of the Glendale Central Library, 222 East Harvard Street, Glendale, California. Doors open at 9:45 a.m., and the meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. Admission is free, and the Library validates parking in the Good Guys parking structure, across from the Library on Harvard Street.
