I know she left the show because she was pregnant in real life but I bet she will come back in the final episode... Let's all hope so for Michael's sake...

She definately is dead!! Her head was sent to Lincoln, he opened the box and saw her head.

I am afraid Sarah is really dead, Lincoln saw her head in that box, remember? now I am afraid Micheal is out for blood, I hope Gretchen can run as fast as she kills.
Have to wait till next season.
