Are we not paying attention?

Please don't give up on this great show. It is clear that the new director has an agenda, and probably a less than clean past. The NCIS team will find this out, expose it, and be rid of the offending interloper all before the third episode of the new season airs. The team WILL get back together. Have a little faith in what it is they do best: find the criminal and bring him to justice!
