Operation Save Moonlight
Even though Moonlight was “vanquished” by The Eye(CBS) of Mordor, fans will continue to fight for the return of their show and to do good works in its name.
Figures from the activities held at MoonlightCon 2008 held this past Memorial Day Weekend:
- The Saturday auction brought in $6,500 for the Los Angeles Food Bank.
- Fifty pints of blood were drawn from fans who attended MoonlightCon by the American Red Cross Blood Drive.
- 37 people, who also attended MoonlightCon, were added to the National Bone Marrow Transplant Program registry.

Recently it was reported the TheCW network decided against picking up Moonlight; but Harry Werksman, one of the show's co-executive producers and showrunner, told the fans who attended MoonlightCon, that the Sci-Fi Network is indeed interested. When the fans learned of Sci-Fi's interest, they decided to begin a "grassroots" campaign to make Moonlight a more attractive property to Sci-Fi by contacting DirecTV to encourage them to sponsor Moonlight as they did with NBC's Friday Night Lights.

Save Moonlight as well as New Amsterdam and Jericho and what ever happened to Journeyman. Get rid of crap like How I Met Your Mother. I have cable but I choose to watch network T.V. but not now, not since they are getting rid of all the programs that I watch. I won't be the only one to turn the channel. I agree with the lady's letter in this weeks TV Guide under Hot Topics get rid of the way you get ratings and really figure out what the viewer like.

OMG The Eye of Mordor, too true!!!
Also try www.heynielsen.com to voice your opinions about Moonlight and other shows you crave. The networks haven't a clue what the public likes so the ratings system must be broken somehow. More Moonlight Please!!! And less Evil Eye!!!
