Men in Trees Update
Hi, all. It's been so long since we've seen a new episode, but I'm afraid the wait will have to continue. The season premiere isn't until Friday, Oct. 12. (Why ABC, why?) I do, however, have some good news. Ausiello just broke this story about Morgan Fairchild guest-starring as herself. Yay! We'll have to wait a while to see the episode, but I don't mind... as long as nothing else happens to postpone the season.

Seems as though ABC has no love at all for this show (just like Boston Legal). I haven't been watching the reruns on Thursdays (because Burn Notice is on), but I plan on watching it when it comes back in October on Fridays. Although, given the treatment ABC has given it, I'd be surprised if Men In Trees gets to complete it's season.

OCTOBER 12???!!! GOOD GRIEF. It's not like they're airing baseball. Doesn't make sense. I've already forgotten what happened in the last new ep they aired. Thanks for the update.

Why do they keep messing with Men In Trees? We have Caveman shows on, you name it, there is more junk on TV then I can stand anymore. A great show they keep pushing back, who ever is the head of ABC needs their head examined. That Betty show is so stupid!!!! Now we have Bionic Women? What the heck, do they think that we are complete idiots. I would like to sit back and relax and watch my Men In Trees. Is that so much to ask?

I am so happy MiT is coming back on. I wish ABC would put it in a better time slot. Maybe when they see that most of their new shows don't bring in the ratings they will move MiT and give it the chance it deserves.

I am not happy with the personal relationship between these 2 off-screen. However, I did enjoy the show and feel the interruption has really taken it's toll on the ratings. Also, Friday night is a hard time-slot due to so many families having sporting events. I can't imagine what other shows they'll line up with it to entice people to watch t.v. on Fridays.
The only good shows I've seen were the "Monk" and "Psych" shows on Friday; and those are over until next summer!
Saturday nights are also very bad. Does anyone have any idea why this problem (of no good t.v. shows to watch) has occurred? Please tell the powers that are in control that we'd much rather have some fun t.v. shows on Saturdays instead of Mondays - - - although they should be shows that children can also watch. It's no wonder that the channels with the old t.v. shows are doing so well - - - anybody can watch them and not be offended by the content or the language.
