Medium gets renewed for fourth season!!!!
Since TVGuide is so far behind on the news, or not interested enough to report it, just thought I'd share that NBC prez Kevin Reilly issued an early fourth season order for Medium, praising the show's creator, Glenn Gordon Caron, and calling it "a wonderful show with an outstanding star that has continues to deliver and has a very loyal fan base."
Great news for Medium fans!! And about time, NBC!

They did report it somewhere, probably in one of the Friday Night Lights renewed stories. I'm very happy that both shows were renewed. But note that Medium is being moved to Sunday and FNL to Friday. These are not great time spots for these shows.

Medium is one of my favorites -glad to see Patricia in something she can sink her teeth into. I love the entire cast and think it is one of the fewshow, if not the only one, to portray a more normal family. They relate to each other in a comfortable way and I love the relationship of Allison and her husband. The girls are great and I am enjoying watching them grow up on the screen.

I agree that this is one of the best shows on television, and certainly the best one on NBC, which is why I find the way they treat it so shameful. There has been no promotional support given to the show at all, and it's been treated like a filler, being used to plug whatever empty holes they have in their schedule, and stuck in the most horrible slot on television, against Lost. I say we all start writing to NBC now and demanding that they treat the show better next season, give it a better time slot, and bring it back in the fall. Anybody agree?

I totally agree that Medium should return and I am glad that it will be. It needs to continue. The actors are so fantastic and I love the stories. Maybe if Allison weighed about 95 pounds then it would get more recognition. I love her the way she is, normal and healthy and happy. Well she is happy most of the time. Make more episodes!!!

I love the show!!! Thanks for telling us its being renewed!! Did you happen to find out when it is coming back for the season? I happen to be in love with Joe. He's my fantasy husband!! lol

This is great news and I had not heard about it. My husband and I enjoy this series very much. Of course, unless the writer's strike settles pretty quickly, it is likely a moot point.
