What is wrong with people???
I don't get it! This woman adopted a child out of a county that wallows in poverty, took him out of what was certain to be a miserable life and has given him a wonderful home and every possible advantage a kid could have. Yet people censor her, they accuse her of using her money and her celebrity to expedite the adoption.
SO FREAKIN' WHAT!!!!!
If Madonna bathed that place in her money and wore furs and diamonds with a flashing sign over her head advertising who she is – bottom line is she most likely saved that child's life and I cannot believe people have a problem with that. If people's problem is racial – maybe more white parents should raise black children and black parents raise white children. That would probably help promote understanding and tolerance between the races.
Madonna – good for you! Keep up the good work – ignore the ignorant jerks telling you that you did something wrong. You have done a beautiful thing and we can only hope others will follow in your footsteps.

I'm with you. I get sick of the constant criticism. I bet there are things we can find to criticize with every celebrity, but why not give them credit once in a while? When Angelina Jolie gets criticized for helping children "in other countries", I remind people she also gives plenty here. We should be encouraging altruism, not berating it!
