9:33: Teri Hatcher, have a bagel tomorrow. Thanks. I wish I was a 24 junkie, because it just looks like an amazing show, but at this point, I'd have to hibernate for weeks (months?) just to catch up.
9:35: You know what, I cut the L-VAT wire. (Don't worry, Sabrina, I don't technically know what it is, either.) McDreamy, McSteamy and... McGoddess? Ellen, what is going on there? With an oversized collar and gigantic hoop earrings apparently come a disastrous speech. I think you just stuttered more than Meredith. Still, congrats to the Grey's cast. Well done, you nutty docs.

The sad thing about Ellen's dress is that it would look soo good if she just had bit of support in there. She should have let Chandra make the thank-you speech again.

I know! Ellen sure took over the mike like she was the boss. I would have definitely let Chandra say the thank yous. It seemed like Ellen was trying to make another Isaiah joke that fell tragically flat.

I guess because the show is called "Grey's Anatomy" Ellen went to the mike - she was also one of the first to get up to the stage. She didn't show too much poise up there, I agree, but it was one of her first opportunities to do the "thank yous" and I'm sure that it was pretty special and overwhelming with an award from their peers so I say cut her some slack...also, if someone more experienced with "thank yous" such as Sandra or Chandra had wanted to step up, they certainly could have but they didn't.
All in all, a VERY well deserved award - I was happy to see Grey's with another win!! Great show - great cast!
