8:22: Mark Wahlberg is looking trim. Apparently, once you work with Martin Scorsese, you can call him Marty from then on.
8:23: Odd that the editor from Lucky who has interviewing rights is wearing a dress that a) isn't flattering and b) looks like an Easter egg.
8:24: Here's some trivia that's been floating around since the nomination announcements: Kate Winslet is the youngest actress to receive five Oscar nominations (in case you hadn't heard).
8:26: Talley is summing up his fashion faves, but I'm distracted by the rolling of his tongue as he pronounces names. As for my top picks of the night: Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, Cate Blanchett, Emily Blunt, Rinko Kikuchi and Maggie Gyllenhaal. On with the show!
