Jesse L. leaving...Anthony Anderson in??

I have watched this show since its inception and have continued watching through its many cast changes. Some of the changes worked well, others did not. Anthony Anderson would be one, I feel, that would not work. He fits as well as Farina did, what a casting faux pas! If this change happens Law and Order may be on the way out!
