What the Crap!
What the crap?!? I am very angry and sad! 7 seasons and this is how they end Gilmore Girls? Really? Are the show's writers on crack? After everything, after making us suffer through the HORRIBLE 6th season, after the Palladino's destroyed the show, they can't give us a little happiness? I am glad the show is ending! I can't suffer through anymore. Logan was amazing, one of the most likeable characters on the show, and that's what they do to him? All he gets is a "Goodbye Rory?" Seriously?!? After all that they went through? I realize that I haven't seen the last episode yet and maybe there is still hope...oh yeah, no, it's Gilmore Girls. There is no such thing as something positive happening. Why don't they just be totally predictable and bring back Jess for a last minute reunion? Wouldn't that be the stupidest thing ever! And as for Luke and Lorelai, I am soooooooo over them!!! Who really cares anymore? They were meant to be together from the first episode of the show. If it hasn't happened by now, IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Move on!!! Why couldn't Rory get a little happiness? Why can't she turn out to be better than her mother, miss queen of not committing! The reason the show worked from day one was because of how magical the show was. It was comfortable and comforting. We all wanted to live in Stars Hollow. We all wanted to visit Luke's Diner, eat tons of junk food while never gaining a pound and talk really fast. Now it's all about how much time can we waste in one episode? Or how do we get the fans' hopes up in and then totally and completely crush them? What happened to the za, za, zoo? As a fan who has in fact watched since the first episode, I would just like to express my sincere gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the worst television series sendoff ever. Thank you so much for taking your fans into consideration when you decided to destroy the show. I can't possibly be the only person out there that feels this let down by how bad the show has turned out to be?

Amen. We saw Logan change so much and all of it was via his relationship with Rory. I cannot believe that they ended what was a pivotal element of the show with him just turning away with a Goodbye Rory. At the very least, he would have kissed her goodbye, as only Logan could.
I was so disappointed in the entire season - and disgusted to see it going down the same slippery slope as 7th Heaven did. One major difference though - 7th Heaven had pretty well exhausted its story lines, but there was so much more that GG could have done with a new season...provided they had the writing team to back it up. Were their writers drugged...asleep... letting monkeys write it...or what, this year?
The only "high" point of the finale was the role the elder Gilmores played. It was good to see both sides giving a bit in mending the relationship. Time passes, people grow, and you can't be an angry, pregnant teenager all your life.
Kudos to all the characters in this show. I came to it late, but loved it nonetheless.

I have watched all the episodes and seasons of Gilmore Girls from beginning to end. The Season Finale was definitely a HUGEEEEEE dissapointment. I'm sure there are many of you out there who would agree. I was really not expecting that Rory and Logan would just completely split apart when she said no to the marriage proposal. I can understand why Rory would say no, being that early on in the show we got the idea that Rory was a very aspiring young woman whom wanted to accomplish high goals before settling down and following her love relationships. I just dont understand how it is realistic that both Logan and Rory would completely split when she says that she cannot marry him. That was really dissapointing and when i watched the whole 7th season for the what... 10th time after watching seasons 1-6, it really hit me. This is it, no more excitment over watching Gilmore Girls on a rainy day, no more cozy adventures to Stars Hollow. The show is over. But it should not be. There is no way that the writers have come close to tieing all the loose strings. What is with Luke kissing Lorelai... AGAIN. i mean its like.. they know its not gonna work out and that seemed to be a scene where the writers didnt know what else to do so they included something extra. A big dissappointment to all the years of watching this great show. It is very sad that it had to end like that, and obviously I agree with those of you who do not agree with the ending.. it was cheap and not very sincere, some of it was unrealistic and unfinished.
