Amazing Finale
Tonight would of been a sad night if it wasn't the perfect ending to possibly one of the greatest shows in television history. May 15th 2007 was the day the last episode of the Gilmore Girls aired. After months of worrying that the show would not return for an 8th season all my fears were put to rest at the end of an amazing series finale. Lauren Graham had said on "Ellen" that she didn't know they were filming the final episode. But everyone on that set had to know it was a very good possibility this show was coming to an end. And with the amazing writing that really summed up an amazing series I would hate to see another year for fear that it could not end off any better than it did tonight.

You are 100 percent correct. We were long-time 7th Heaven fans and when their first "final" episode ended last year, we were so glad to see that they were renewed, although at a horrible time slot. What we got this season, however, was nothing less than drivel, definitely not the quality we expected of a good show.
I'd love to see a spinoff of Rory's rookie year - especially during a political campaign - but won't even suggest it in case CW would do it. In my mind, the station reeks. What they've done to decent shows shouldn't be done to an animal!
