SAD eyes, BROKEN hearts, NBC will lose if FNL does not return!

I hated football - UNTIL "FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS"
Being married to the same person for 32 years included the experience of being a football widow during prime season in the Fall. However, this all changed upon the discovery of "Friday Night Lights. Every character and storyline brings a new concept and understanding of WHY so many people come together for love of the game. I could never comprehend their excitement or reasons for finding enjoyment in a game where people beat each other up :)
I am not saying that I now have total understanding or can explain each and every play. However, FNL has encouraged me to sit along side my husband during Football games in an attempt to figure out what is happening. FNL brings excellent character building, great script portraying life as it is, with all the difficulties, conflicts, sadness, joy and every adjective which incorporates excellent programing. I also appreciate that FNL does not lead to despair, but in spite of each and every problem, hope remains.
The relationship between the coach and his wife remains constant, unchanging and one of the anchors that hold the plot of the show together. Please don't attempt to change what is already consummate and complete.
SAD eyes, BROKEN hearts, WILL lose, if "Friday Night Lights" is canceled!
KEEP IT GOING :)

I totally agree. FNL is one of the best, if not the best, show on TV today.
Get rid of these 'reality' (or should I say "people trying to make a quick buck")shows ASAP!! They are degrading and denegrating!!

The best reason to keep the television is Friday night lights. It is one of the best shows I have ever seen with strong performances that put many of the top rated shows to shame. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THIS SHOW.
