I just happened to stumble across your question.
There's a great website (www.tvshowsondvd.com) that has comprehensive, up-to-date news of DVD releases.
They currently have no news items about a second season release. Believe me, if they don't know about it, then it hasn't been announced yet.

I know it has been a while since this topic was posted, but in the interest of completeness, I wanted to pass along the news that the final season of F Troop is coming out on DVD on May 29.
There's more information at the website I mentioned earlier (www.tvshowsondvd.com).

According to www.TVShowsonDVD.com, the complete second season is scheduled for release May 29th.
