CSI Miami Names New Medical Examiner
 The word is out, though we have to reserve comment. We remember "4400", saw it a couple of times. The same goes for "24". However, we don't recall the character. According to Ausiello (who??), Megalyn Echikunwake will portray Lauren Price, the ME replacing Alexx Woods (Khandi Alexander), on CSI Miami beginning with Episode 2 of Season 7.
Meg played President Palmer's daughter, Nicole, in the first season of "24".
As stated, we'll withhold any judgment until we've seen a few episodes. We wish her the best. It would have been far more practical, and acceptable, to hire someone with a edgier look and a bit more experienced. Maintaining the farcical perceptions of late, apparently?

You don't remember her because she's not memorable, in any way.
What's wrong with this picture? CSI is considering Fishburne or Strathaim to replace Grissom. CSI Miami gets a Fresh Prince reject.
I'm not impressed.

I'm not enthused about their picking this actress to play an experienced Coroner. She looks like a teenager and her acting is nothing to write home about. She and Elizabeth Berkley can spend their time discussing how lucky they are to be working.
