CSI episode query
Hi all,
CSI fan from Oz here. Favourite would be Las Vegas then Miami and Ny.
I am requesting some help to help me id 2 episodes. The first one is where Doc Robbins trips an intruder (photogrpaher) in his lab with his quick cane work and the second;
Was there an episode or closure on Gregs being served a lawsuit? Ie. was there acknowledgement that the department paid money to demtrius james' family?

The photographer scene was Living Legend - the episode in Season 7 which featured Roger Daltrey. That was when the Doc realized/investigated and found that it was the motorcycle cop on the table.
Greg is served the civil lawsuit at the very end of Post Mortem. It is the scene in the parking garage.
Grissom tells Greg in his office that the family was paid 2.5 million to settle the lawsuit. It was prior to Big Shots - either Monster in a Box, Fallen Idols, or Empty Eyes. I think it was during Fallen Idols.
Then you get to see the new house and the family's new neighborhood in Big Shots.

Living Legend- first episode
Fannysmackin'- the episode that started the lawsuit, Big Shots- in this episode Greg has to confront the family and it is reveled that they were paid money. i think that this may have been mentioned in the original episode near the end. hope this helps

you're welcome.
correction - the payout to the family is mentioned in empty eyes (conversation between greg and grissom).
they also discussed how to handle the lawsuit (greg, grissom) over the coffee pot in leaving las vegas.
greg mentions that the lawsuit was rescheduled (to sara) in monster in a box.
i just saw these again recently...
