Cheers to the writers of Heroes for finally getting out of the show's "sophomore slump" and for providing us with answers!

Jeers to the writers of Heroes for focusing on Maya and Alejandro and not showing us any of our beloved H.R.G, Claire, Hiro, and Ando!

It's true--I check this board for our Reader's Cheer or Jeer of the Week, printed in the magazine and posted on the blog. So keep 'em coming!

Jeers to NBC and Deal or No Deal. After offering a 100 million dollar special event, why can't Hershey use some of that money to keep the company here in America and not move the it to Mexico? They might be celebrating 100 years of the Hershey Kiss, but soon we'll all be eating chocolate from south of the border, which doesn't seem to make them all that original anymore.

Cheers to the creative writing team behind the Pushing Daisies episode of 11/14. Putting in the sly reference to Alfred Hitchcocks' also wonderfully creative movie, Vertigo, was a stroke of genius.
Watching the delightful Chi McBride as Emerson Cod struggle with horrifying, technicolor-like nightmares of his flailing body fall into a swirling pit to nowhere was reminiscent of Jimmy Stewart doing the exact same in Vertigo.
In the end, it was enough to give me little chills all over yet bring a warm smile to my face.

A big fat jeers to NBC for posting huge adds in the middle and bottom-third of the screen during Chuck. Like the pop-up graphics in the corner of the screen before weren't annoying enough, so you have to block my view of the show just to tell me The Incredibles is going to be on on Thanksgiving? Yippity-do-da. How about I wait to buy the season DVD of Chuck or watch it online so I don't have to put up with your needlessly annoying adds, NBC???

JEERS!! to ABC and The Bachelor for stringing us along all season. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who was upset and felt like I wasted my time watching this show after the finale aired. Weren't we lead to believe before this season started that there was a proposal coming? Why is this show still on the air?

Cheers to Stargate Atlantis for jazzing up the show, and keeping those hotties around too! It just gets better and better.

If there is a more pathetic music score on TV than that used on ALL the "Law & Order" shows, I'd like to know what it is? Other than the distinctive "Ka-ching" signature, the underscore is beyond predictable and boring. Anyone with a synthesizer and rudimentary knowledge of composition could create the cheesy cues used on these shows. The most annoying aspect is the "tension" cue used as the resolution of the drama unfolds.

Cheers to Law and Order:SVU for giving Ice-T and Adam Beck some face time. We got to learn more about Beck's character and after the poorly done "blind" episode, Meloni and Hargitay need a break. Meloni and Hargitay shouldn't lead the investigation all the time.

CHEERS to Ryan Murphy, Dylan Walsh & Julian McMahon for last nights epi!! Dylan hit upon a STEELER performance with his Sean consult and Julian pulled me in and brought me to blissful tears with his prayers that Gwen wouldn't die ( or rather be dead), the look of shock that his prayer was answered and even more, his need to be consulted by our sweet Sista Mary.. You boys have just excelled with each epi this season!!!

Cheers to Stargate Atlantis for stepping out from the shadow of SG-1 and stepping up their game. It's been a stellar season so far, and the rest of the season looks more than promising.

Jeers to House for giving Chase almost no screentime. The Australian doctor, fantastically played by Jesse Spencer, has been reduced to one scene per episode doing a surgery. Chase is one of the most interesting characters on the show and creator David Shore is putting him to waste. Please, give us more Chase!

Cheers to Criminal Minds for the fabulous addition of Nicholas Brendon! Kevin Lynch is a fabulous character, and love interest for Penelope Garcia, who is fabulous and under-appreciated. Give us more!
