Jericho brought back new viewers to TV
CBS did not steal me from another network or timeslot. Many of us had stopped watching TV regularly except for movies and occasional news- UNTIL JERICHO. We represent an expanded revival of sorts and as such we are new viewers that were not counted, not unlike the internet viewers. I discovered the show by renting the disk at Blockbusters. Too bad the writers were forced to try to squeeze this great story into so few episodes. More intelligence in action, more intelligence in drama, great towering actors, beautiful low voices (Skeet & Lenny),what wasn't to like. But you had to know it was there. Not being a regular watcher I didn't discover this until Season 2. People are still just discovering it. It is spreading overseas, and now??? I hope someone is listening and revives this unique show that has so many artistic elements in synchronicity. By the way I even enjoyed the knitted scarves and sweaters, and heard one guy on the blog wanted Skeet's jacket! Ha! LOVE YOUR SHOW. If renewed we will wear buttons all year to spread the word.
