When will the show return?

All of the episodes that were filmed have aired. It was picked up for a 13 episode arc and I do not expect it to return. The rating s were poor and I really doubt that it will return. I enjoyed it a lot!

I really enjoyed Cane also. I heard that the cast was trying to film a new episode, but the striking writers made it impossible to do so. The striking writers were making excessive noise, etc.

So you will wreck my Tuesday nights and NOT SHOW CANE?????????
please put it back on-- i loved it and let every one I know that they should watch it!
Jimmy Smits and Paola Turbay really heated up the screen in that REALLY HOT SHOWER SCENE and it was great!
Shame on CBS for not really giving it a chance and maybe it can find a new home network-- the network brought back two shows that really should have stayed gone.

I cannot even BELIEVE they will not bring Cane back! That was by FAR the best show that came out this Fall! I thought it was just this stupid writer's strike holding it up but never, ever thought they would take a show that good off! This does NOT make me happy!!

My husband I became addicted to the show CANE. It was something we really enjoyed watching together and would build our night around it. It is such a shame if the show does not return--and on a cliff hanger like that. We miss it more than you could imagine.

What a great show!! I hope for it's return...this was the only decent show on tuesdays. Great cast and plot bring it back!!!!

I watched the first episode and I wasn't much impressed. Seemed like Jimmy Smits character was going to be Mister Nice Guy Family Man. After a couple more episodes it seemed to thicken and I really started liking the show. I hate to think they are not going to bring it back. It started becoming a must see show for me. I think the characters were really starting to develope and we were going to see some interesting story lines. I sure hope it does come back, even if it has to be next fall.

I am devastated that Cane will not be returning. I have been looking forward to seeing the next episode. What a shame! I wonder what other network I'll be watching on Tuesday's at 10? Please bring Cane back.

Cane was one of the best shows I have seen since I can't say when. I love Boston Legal but forgo it for Cane or tape it. I would hate to hear that yet another Latino show is being discontinued. George Lopez is gone, Freddie Prinze Jr is gone (although he wasn't that good his grandma was great) I think Cane is a series whose day has come and they need to continue it.

I heard on NPR radio that Cane is forever gone because of the writers strike. All of us, it's fans, should start a petition to keep it on the air.

I just read this morning that Cane has been cancelled. Best show on TV in years and they cancel it. What's wrong with the morons that decide these things?! Maybe we can join forces and bring it back...they did it with Jericho and that show is not nearly so good.

I'd like to know that too. This is the only show I'll actually sit up to watch. Well, that and the Black Donnelly's that bit the dust too. Seems like the only shows any station keep are the ones that have the same mediocre plot, and the same stupid sexual jokes. Yeah, we get it, all of the writers are 20 and under.
