August 31, 2006: The Final Four
Well, Danielle was sent home... that seemed like a given. I like that she went out gracefully and told the other players to basically step up their games. I seriously thought she'd go out taking some verbal swings at Erika. I couldn't believe that Erika had the nerve to tell Danielle that she was hurt that Dani wouldn't give her a vote in the final two. I guess Erika didn't get the memo that this is how Big Brother is played. If you backstab and lie to someone, you stand a good chance of losing their vote for good.
Then the show went into fast-forward mode, and Janelle won HOH. I was so excited and started writing a post about how that was the best birthday present I could have asked for. But I feel like someone used salt instead of sugar in my cake because she made the lamest nominations possible. Janelle this season has been a tough competitor, but I can't believe she fell under Dr. Will's spell. I really thought she was just "flirtmancing" with him for fun but knew that she'd have to vote him out for strategy. Sigh... sigh... sigh....
Well, I guess there is really no use in sitting here on my couch huffing and puffing and falling into depression because Operation Double Date became the final four. Don't get me wrong, I think Will's a gamer, but I just wish that either Erika or Janelle were smart enough to realize what the Chill Town boys were up to. Sigh... so, I guess we have to wait until Sunday to see who wins HOH and who they decide to get rid of next. My guess: It's got to be either Janey or Erika. If Chill Town makes it to the final two, then it'll be the houseguests' own stupid fault for not splitting them up sooner. Random question of the night: If Mike and Will do make final two, who do you think will win?

Happy Birthday, Angel!
I was soooooo hoping that Janelle would have a moment of clarity and nominate Will and Boogie. When Erika won the POV, I was sick. I wanted her and her lousy bikini gone.
Too bad for the Chicken Man, but hey, I guess all is not lost. He was able to meet the Colonel!

Angel, Happy Birthday! You are right on the money about everything! I soooo wish Chilltown had been nominated a long time ago! What a shame! I've been rooting for Janelle all along, but I am so disappointed that she hasn't nominated Will and Mike and did not again tonight! Where is her brain!?!?!
I was just sick when Erika won POV. Ugh and Yuck!
I think if Will and Boogie are final 2, Will will win it big time. The only vote he will get is Erika's!

I am bored with the show. I can't believe that Chilltown has gotten this far. Janelle HOH again? Boo! I can't wait for next season with new people.

This show has become scripted, rigged and uninteresting.
If you disagree, I understand, because I used to, also. But especially with that whole Doogie Howser/Will dream segment...c'mon!! Since when was this a scripted sitcom?
This is supposed to be BB All Stars.
Oh, heck, maybe I'm in a bad mood because of the lousy outcome of tonight's show. Janelle was my biggest disappointment of all.

This is the end of the line for Janelle I think. Will got what he needed from her and now she's going to be shown the door....I'm not spoiled, I'm just thinking that stragically, they're going to want to go up against Erica in the final 3 not Janelle and her bizarre ability to win competitions...

Anyway, I was the first to argue when people called Janelle "fat" a few weeks back, but I will say that her outfit tonight was horribly unflattering!
Speaking of outfits, was this "casual Thursday" in the BB house? Typically, people are all dolled up for the live show (esp. Dani!), and this week they all looked like scrubs. Dani left with no makeup, sweats and a tie-dye shirt...I guess she gave up.
Will fought hard for the veto this time. In fact, that was the first time he fought hard for a competition all season. Anyone else think he was hoping to win the veto so the noms would stand and he could get rid of Boogie's "Yoko" (Erika)?"

So sad for Janelle that her HOH time is so short. At least she gets the weekend. I'm really scared for her...although I want her to win, CT is going to get rid of her and Erica. She should have nominated them when she had the chance. They are the people that have been manipulating and lying, so I really don't think if one of them left they would be super upset at her. However, that would definitely not be a vote for her to win should she be in the final 2. E needs to go, then either of the CT guys. CG is great, btw. Yay for chicken.

Another random thought...if BB were the kind of show that America had the option of voting someone out or had some sort of effect on the game, how different do you think the outcome might be?

Personally, I'm lovin' this season of BB. Will and Boogie are master competitors and Janelle is a dynamo. Can't imagine a better combo for final three. The reason that no one voted Mike and Will out is because they are really controlling the game.
Can't root for Erika because her getting rid of Danielle wasn't a smart move.
