August 24, 2006: Don't Call Me Marci
OK, so Will and Boogie kept to their plan and actually voted James out. But what I really wanted to see was more of Howie and Marci, I mean Marcellas, in that big house. Marcellas' "Damn, paradise is lost" comment was priceless. Those two cracked me up when I interviewed them. (Read my Q&A with Howie here and Marcellas here.) I did like Boogie's take on Howie's temper-filled exit, "If I sold lightsabers for a living, I'd be angry, too." Nice. Oh, and does anyone else think Julie seems to be telling them more on the live show lately? I can't pinpoint any exact moment, but I'm always worried she's going to spill the beans about something. And where are the endurance challenges? I signed up for the BB live feeds mostly so I could watch those. I'm never home or awake when anything else interesting is happening. I'm tired of the yes/no and true/false games.
So Mike and Erika are having a full-on showmance. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about that. I just don't really find Boogie all that attractive, so in a way it is just kind of icky. But it is kind of weird in general to be making out with someone when you know the cameras are watching, although I guess some people are into that kind of thing. And it bodes well for Mike that Erika has HOH power this week. If Danielle or Janelle or even Chicken George had it, I think Chill Town could have expected a blow. Danielle looks really pissed off now, and that's fantastic. She seems to play harder when she's angry. "If Boogie and Will pull something and James walks out the door... god help them." Yeah, I can't wait to see what happens when this former Legion of Doom member turns on them.
Any guesses on who Erika will put up? Janey seems a given, but she had a tentative alliance with George, she's got feelings for Boogie and she's friends with Danielle. Could she possibly put up Dr. Will? Or will Boogie talk her out of that? Guess we'll find out soon enough.
And I'm really excited for next Thursday's double-elimination night. That sounds really cool.

I knew it was coming, but I was still a little disappointed that James went. He's shown an ugly side recently, I'll admit, but he's been my favourite contestant this season, and I was definitely rooting for a James/Dani F2. James shoulda known Chill Town would shake things up - Will doesn't care what people think of him, so he's happy to flip-flop mid-game. Still, at least Dani's there, and she's got her sights set on Will and Mike - who knows, maybe she can convince Erika to put them both up, and vote Will out? As entertaining as he is, the other housemates need to get Will out, or he'll wind up winning the game (not that I'd mind, he deserves it after all).

I will say that the sequester house was a great part of the night. Marcywas hysterical. Although I said that I would miss Howie for his ummm, not so bright? moments, he really needs to grow up. It is a game. Sometimes it can be funny, but when you start bashing people personally it is a complete turn-off to some. He acted the same way last year (April, her husband and even her dog!) with his rude remarks...I think he really needs to grow up! Every one (or at least most)on BB lie, and usually back-stab someone during the show...take it like a man for goodness sake!
OK, now with that said...go Will!

I liked Howie. Yeah, he's immature, but he's entertaining. It's going to be interesting to see him in sequester with everyone...can't wait to see James get there! I'm glad James is gone, although I loved BB6 cast in general. There was just something about him that I didn't like during the game. The HOH competition was kind of confusing to follow, and I think the players were even a bit confused as you see Erika and Will talking about the questions. I was hoping that Janie would win HOH. I have liked her ever since BB6, and I'm still rootin her on, but I don't know if she'll make it this week. Let's hope she wins POV if she is in fact nominated. And Danielle, she needs to go.

hey angel i also dont find the attraction of mike. he reminds me of someone or someone that i just cant put my finger on right now.
anyway i was really surprised by the way miked looked tonight. he looked better than i ever saw him. i would love them to show live feeds from the sequester house. i bet the comments from marci and howie are outrageously funny. im also a big bb6 fan(that was when i started watching big brother) janey is one of my all time fav bb all star....next to howie and kaysar. janey is one of strongest bb player ever.
i want janey to win big time. if not her will or maybe even george(he is starting to grow on me). do not want dani, mike or erica to win it.
since erica won the hoh and if she is smart(i highly doubt that she is) she should bd janey if janey doesnt win pov. but like i said earlier....i doubt that erica will do that.

With Erika winning HoH, Janelle is probably going to be 1 of the 2 evictions on Thursday night. My only hope is that she takes a CT member with her or else the other HGs are frakked.
BTW, here's my Final Two Chart. Thoughts? I'd love to hear them.

I think the wrong person went home last night. As I watching the show last night, I kept thinking that Will, Mike, James, Danielle & Janelle should have all agreed to evict George and then get rid of Erika. Then we really would have a had a house of ALL STARS and real competitors and the whole show could have started in the final few weeks. George and Erika are not good competitive players. Think how much fun it would have been to watch a WMJD&J final 5 fight it out! My only hope now is that George goes next followed by Erika. Then we will be left with 4 FIERCE COMPETITORS - all who will do whatever it takes to win. Will would stab Mike in heart beat and Mike would take him out just as quick and what about the possible Cat Fights between Janelle & Danielle - - and the scrambling to win. It actually would be fun to watch. If Danielle goes next and it ultimately ends up being Will, Mike and Janelle in the final weeks - BORING! SNORE!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead of airing the real house - I hope they air the Sequester House it will be more interesting.
George & Erika are worthless the real players at this point are Will, Mike, Danielle & Janelle.

Question for those of you who have the live feed-
When James was explaining to Julie what happened with his BB6 alliance, was he telling the truth? Did they really deserve his betrayal? Just curious.
I LOVE Will's goodbye messages. He's such a suck-up!
I'm not too happy Erika won HOH. She's irritated me from the start and now that she's with Boogie? Ugghhh. It would be great to see Janey and Dani stick with their truce and take out CT, but with Erika as HOH that seems unlikely.

unscrewed: I agree with the notation on the bottom of your Final Two Chart about George being a threat against any of the other players if he makes it to the final two. BB6 was the first season I watched and I don't remember seeing the houseguests in the sequester house being able to see tapes of what's going on in the BB house. If they do get to see the remaining episodes, I would think George would stand a great chance to win if he makes it to the final two against anyone except Janelle. Janelle was blindsided by the evictions of Marcy and Howie and it shows in the episodes we're seeing. That might get her those votes.
James was not a favorite player of mine, but he made up some ground with his exit last night. He left with class!
Did anyone catch what Janelle said to Boogie right after the eviction? I rewound the tivo but the only thing I caught was the word "last?" It seemed like she might have been asking him his opinion on the HOH competition. I wanted to watch again this morning but I had accidently erased it.

kiki no James was not betrayed by his alliance early on. James tends to skew the facts to make himself look good. One early nomination they didn't tell him who they were going to put up until they were sure who they wanted to put up because they thought he would go tell everyone else, (which is of course exactly what he did).
Janie was asking Boogie a question about a previos HOH in case Julie asked it last night.
I would love to see a Janelle, Danielle final or a Janelle, Will final. It seems these three have really played the game the most this season.

The scenes in the sequester house were funny. Especially when Marcellas told Howie not to call him Marcy, and Howie said, "Okay Marjealous." I didn't realize the people in the sequester house get to see the tapes. That's interesting.
I just hope that Erika doesn't slink to the final two. Too bad she won't be the one to go next.

Ok: I think voting James out was a good thing. Erika winning HOH is a bad thing..I think. So she nominates George and Janelle..George goes home UNLESS he wins POV.
I don't know who they are going to do Thursday..this time line has me confused, if someone else gets it 'splain it to me.

Yeah, they're one person. I think you mean Will and Boogie.

PS: when someone wins an HOH, they've "won" ... not "one" as seen below.
PPS: I hope CT sticks with their Janey plan ... because I would LOVE to see Erika's face when her full-on slimey showmancer votes to keep Janelle ... and I hope (god, how I hope) that the utterly useless Erika is the 2nd person to walk out the door next week. As much as I'm irked by Danielle, she's deserving of the Final 2 ... E is definitely not!

Not sure if I'm happy James went or not, he was growing on me. I just can't stand Chicken George, he annoyed me during season 1, he's annoying me even more now. If he makes it to the final 2 I'm going to be so mad. I can't believe Erika won HOH, I really thought Will was going to take this one. I really think he was trying to win it last night, stupid confusing questions. I'm missing the endurance challenges too, these True/False questions for HOH are annoying. I have to say, my crush on Will has blown up to epic proportions, I watch the whole episode with a grin on my face waiting to hear what he's going to say in the Diary Room. He's just too funny. Oh, I also wanted to throw out my opinion that Mike is attractive in his own way. I'm not sure why everyone seems to hate him so much. CT definitely has made this season worth watching for me.
Ok, I'm looking for some good spoilers here. When does the nomination ceremony take place on the live feeds? I just don't think I can wait until Sunday to find out who's up on the block! I'm as confused as MP, how are they evicting 2 people next week, but more importantly, why are they?
