August 22, 2006: Let's Boogie
So Janey won POV and took herself off the block. Sure, she might have had some help from Goofus and Gallant, but she was unafraid to tackle James in order to take home tonight's prize — which, of course, he griped about, saying it was foul play. I think I'm with Will on this one: "Way I saw it, she just whooped his ass." No matter if she wins or loses or if you love her or hate her, she has undeniably played the game this season. She wore crocodile tears so people would think she wasn't a threat and that she needed coddling. It sort of worked since Chicken George has decided to align himself with her. And Mike and Boogie even offered up shoulders to lean on. I'm still not entirely sure that Janey can trust those Chill Town guys. They are the Big Brother bad boys and would probably lie to their own mothers in order to win the prize. The fact that they are considering going against Legion of Doom member James is just proof of their scheming ways. Boogie warned James in his diary-room session that "I think there might be a freight train coming in your direction." Too bad James won't know that he's been tied to the tracks until he's out the door. Will said, "James thinks the show is fixed in Janelle's favor. Well, it is. I'm the one fixing it." Can't wait until Thursday to see if the Chill Town folks stick to their plan.
I'm sure you are tired of my reminders by now, so I'll keep it brief for you posters: "Spoiler Alert," please.

I thought Janey won that competition pretty fairly. If you watch the replay, they were fighting for the wrong doll, and Janey went for the right one first. Anyways, I'm glad James might go home. I hope the Chicken George/Janey alliance makes it to the end. I like them the most.

Hmm, was I the only one laughing hysterically during almost every part of tonight´s ep.?
I was feeling so sad for Janelle watching her being there all on her own now with no support whatsoever and ready to quit...I hated Mike even more watching the recaps of the last ep., BUT when Janey faced the camera and said that looking defeated and down was part of her strategy...what--?, huh? you--?... RIGHT ON JANEY!!! from that moment on every scene with Janelle became a golden moment for me.
At least if she leaves next week (please don't)we can't no longer say she would be going clueless to sequester...and you know what ?, forget Janey-Dani alliance, cuz if the longest shot ever happens and she and Chicken George manage to get far in the game with their alliance, THAT would be the alliance of the season that no one saw coming !!, hahaha, I laugh so much just by thinking about it...I loved loved LOVED the fact that Janelle was all lovey-dovey again with CT but still made it clear to us that if she stays in the house she WILL be going after them.
Now there's the POV competition and I must admit that these have become my favorites this season (well, some of them anyways):
Danielle just proved herself, once again how useful she is in a competition when no one else is throwing it for her!!
The CT dorks did what they do best...
So the POV consisted really of Janey, James and Erika... Since I refuse to comment on Erika right now let's just say:
THIS GOES TO ALL THE JANEY HATERS OUT THERE who hate her b/c she only aligns with boys !! Well, when it came to her, James (trust worthy or not) was always in her S6 alliance, and since he just proved tonight that after the BIG FAT LIAR we all know he is, he's also actually A GIRL !!, so now Janelle can't no longer be acused of not wanting to be in alliances with girls.
Janelle made me like her even more than I already do tonight cuz she did to James what Howie couldn't do to Boogie, hahahaha... when I saw them wrestling over the doll I felt like I was watching BB Deathmatch or something, I was SO jumping up and down, it was so hysterical especially after knowing it was over the wrong doll and when Jamsie accused her of asaulting him, I loved how she went all: "So what?, I broke a nail (giving him the finger), hahaha......PRICELESS !!!
And then James looked like he was gathering his witness in order to take the whole thing to court... idiot !!! SHE WHOOPED YO ASS !! Will's comments was so right on: "James was all yelling cuz Janelle hit him and took the doll from him and then got pliars and put him in his mouth..."hahahah, it was fun all over.
I know he probably wore it before and I was just looking for more stuff to laugh at, but even Chicken George's T-shirt of "who wants an alliance?" made me laugh real hard.
Janelle: "I'm just ready to get nominated, win the POV, shove it up their asses..."

I loved that part. Will and Mike crack me up. Well, mostly Will.
I DID NOT miss howie!!! YAY! I'm so glad he's gone.
In previous seasons, haven't they always showed the evicted houseguests at the sequester house? Where's that?

Oh what a night! Hat's off to the Janey doll! The girl rocked James' world then gave him the finger. Lol How old is he, 30 or 3? I've haven't seen a male fight so hard over a doll since I threaten to toss my brother's GI Joe into traffic.... Whomp!
Can that little town called Chill get any funnier? I loved Will and Mike's reaction. Poor deluded fools if only they would stop laughing long enough to see that bus rolling towards them. Can't wait to see their expressions when they realize whose driving and how fast it's rolling. Beware of scorned women and crocodile tears boys. Lol
Dani, Dani, Dani.... How difficult is it to run over and pick up a doll from the bushes? Mother Doom looked like Mother Pathetic as she blew the POV ( and the chance to save her boy James) in less than five minutes.... Girl have a seat! Oops, she did. Lol
Tonight's show was so hot I can't wait for the live eviction show on Thursday. Who will leave the BB house Chicken George or crybaby James? Regardless, it's all about the Janey doll this season.

While I would love to see James go I have a sneaking suspicion that CG will be the one going. Did anyone else catch the technical error? The on screen display inccorectly identified George as being from season 2. George however is the lone player from season 1.

was it just me or did anybody else think that mikes hoh room was the ugliest hoh in the history of big brother?
but anyway i also thought janey won the pov fairely. i rewatched twice and didnt see anything wrong. but what i didnt see wrong was how james thought he was injured thanks to janey. i didnt see no blood coming out his hand. and if he was injured he probably could of done it himself.
im thinking that the final 2 will be janey, george and either one of the ct memebers.

Leah: sequester scenes have traditionally been shown on eviction night; since we haven't had an eviction night yet with more than 1 person in sequester, I'm sure we haven't missed anything. We might get a visit to Marcellus and Howie tomorrow night, though.
Maybe that explains the timing of double-eviction week; Marcy only had to spend 3 days by himself. I'm betting he's wishing he had more, when Howie walks in.

JUST saw the episode. I programmed the VCR to tape at the wrong time so I had to wait until the episode was available online at CBS' website.
And first may I say how awesome their Innertube thing is? I saw the episode and the quality was topnotch and there were only two brief commercials. Bravo CBS.
Okay I only really had ONE comment for this episode and that is...
JANELLE! YAY! JANEY DOLL! WOO!!! WHEE!!! To think... to reach the Top 6 when you've been targetted since Day One. Then again last year she was NOMINATED first and ended up in the Top 3.
And with that... this episode pretty much kicked ass the same way Janey kicked James' ass. Ha!

Nobody but nobody works harder to stay in this game than Janelle. I thought for a while that I wanted James to win this but I can't help but root for Janelle. GO JANEY!!!!

I 100% agree. My husband called it to my attention that James and Janey were fighting for the wrong doll. He said Janelle had the right one all along. He was laughing his head off at James! What a whimp! And, yes, I am once again a George fan.

Also, I want to say that this was my favorite episode so far! SOOOO FUNNY! We were also laughing about George's shirt. My hubby loved it!!!! We truly thought this was the best episode yet!

I noticed this too Lawler, but actually it just had the wrong tag altogether. It identified him as Will... which I found hysterically funny.

As horrible a strategic move I thought it was for CG to get rid of Howie, I must say he redeemed himself in his speech to Janey about how she's got it all. What a big sweetheart. He's definitely proven himself to her in the way he refused to nominate her while HOH. I'm now totally rooting for the Janey/CG alliance!!!! CT is entertaining, but I'd LOVE to see their faces when their evil plan stops just short.....what? no happy dance?!
I hope James goes this week. Erika will be easy enough to pick off later and it's time to get rid of Janelle's biggest threat. We all know too well that James can pull out alot of POV's.
GO JANEY! I'm sure there's a career waiting for you in Hollywood! Seriously, you should win some sort of award for Best Acting in a Reality Series. Will should get one for Directing, as he has been the puppet master thus far.
