wrong choice
America really got it wrong tonight. Michael Johns should NOT be the lowest. This is a warning for all of us who think our person is safe. It's time for Brooke and Jason to go..they are boring!!

I totally agree with you, I think people assumed Michael was safe atleast until top 5 and decided not to vote like myself .. now I am regretting it -- Kristy Lee is way past her time ugh

I totally agree with you I should have voted I reget it so much now... I just wish him the best and I know he will go far LOVE U Michael!!! He was the best thing about that show, the only reason I was watching, WE NEED A RECOUNT AND RYAN WAS SO MEAN WHEN HE SAID THAT THEY WEREN'T GONNA DO WHAT THEY DID LAST YEAR AND KEEP HIM ON THE SHOW SO MEAN, MICHAEL'S EYES LIT UP FOR A SECOND, BUT NOTHING, IT WAS SO SAD .... RECOUNT!!!!

It was not Michael Johns night to go. He may not make it to very end but he is so so much better than Castro, Kristie Cook and a few others. I think I'm still in shock just as most of the audience was tonight. Lastly, wasn't that horrible when Seacrest teased him about how last year they didn't let someone go during the "America Gives Back" Segment last year and let everyone continue another week? For a minute Seacrest had me thinking everyone was safe for another week. Boo on you Seacrest!

I really didn't like Ryan said no one was taken off last year, but you have to go. Wow Ryan what a terrible way to take someone off the show.

i did not get to watch and vote this week and i am so sorry that he was voted off. he is the best performer on the show and i think he was robbed. i can't believe that he was chosen over that blonde girl kristi, who should have gone a long time ago.he should have made to the top two anyway. i don't think i am even going to watch it anymore...sad in ala.

Not only was Michael Johns the wrong choice to leave, but Ryan was totally wrong how he told him. Ryan has become such an idiot. He says the most stupid things, and can really be rude to the contestants. I can't even stand watching "E news daily" anymore now that he is on it. It seems like he is in love with Lindsay Loser Lohan, he should just move in with that Lohan family, and leave AI!!

I swear the people listening to this program are all hard of hearing and should take a break and go buy hearing aids before they vote again. How could you possibly vote of Michael Johns before Brooke, Jason, Kristy Lee, or Syesha. Come on open your ears and eyes he far exceeds any of these people's capabilities and will be a star long before any of the above. He is a class act. America definitely got it wrong!!!!

Michael and David Cook are the two best singers in the Idol competition and should be the finalists but the judges have their favorites so we'll see. The judges seem to be trying to sway the "voting" public a little more this year. I'm afraid we are now in the popularity contest part of American Idol. I thought that after the Sanjaya farce Idol would be back to being a singing contest. Maybe if voters were allowed only one vote per show it would be a better contest.
