WHY DOES AMERICAN IDOL SUCK THIS YEAR?2008 READ!
WOW ~just when U think Its real~They go and add This crazy Drama Crap~That makes Me a True fan of the show, Feel soooooooooo stupid for waiting this year To watch it again.
I myself would like to see As many auditions as possible,Not 2 hours of about 12 people and 4 to 6 Being total Idiots and look so fake that they were obviously Acting.
I love the show. I am so sick of cheap actors on reality tv,It's getting so old To watch daily.
I mean ,the world is going to hell right now,And in a major crisis,And Some real Looking average Joes,Getting to sing to possibly Be A big star one day is HUGE FOR THE ONES WHO ARE REALLY HAVING HARD TIMES And yet still have there hopes and dreams.
Then U throw In the fake drama and Its Just so damn dissapointing.
I LOVE RANDY,SIMON,& PAULA~ PLEASE CHANGE AMERICAN IDOL BACK TO THE REAL TRUE DREAM SEEKERS AND LET THE DRAMA reality tv crap Die out.
Or this show will Not be around for very more seasons.

By the way I am 32 AND HAVE WAITED SINCE LAST seasons AMERICAN IDOL FOR THIS YEARS!(even last years was getting bad)

I will Have to watch the ones Kicked off on the Ellen Show Though! SHE STILL IS AWESOME!"SO FAR"

WOW - Uh, what show are YOU watching???
It is hard to decipher with all the spelling and grammatical errors, "pissed" or not.
I too have waited with bated breath for Idol to return, as I do each year. The talent this year is better than ever and only beginning to shake out and get individual personalities. I will stay with it to the end...which I believe will be David A. (or perhaps Chikeze) against Amanda O. (or perhaps)Carly S. Too soon to know for sure yet.

I think the main reason IDOL sucks this year is because there is not really one incredible, standout talent. They are all good, but not fantastic! I think David A has a big career ahead of him, but he needs to get some more stage presence. David C, I believe will be the winner. I like him, I don't love him. Again I don't think this is a great year!

After becoming hooked on this show during the past 3 seasons, I'm calling it quits after this season. The show has deteriorated into nothing more than a teeny-bopper popularity contest. A very good case was made on Wednesday night with Carly's exit and Jason & Syesha remaining, and also Michael's premature exit last week. In addition, Paula's incessant, non-sensical blabbering, which causes the show to cut things short half-way through, is out of control. If Cowell does leave at the end of his contract next year, I don't see the show continuing much longer. Finally, the voting system absolutely must change. It simply can't continue to rely on 1000s of teeny-boppers voting on their sweethearts, like the pitiful Sanjaya last year & the more than laid back, 'I could give a flip' Jason this year.
