Faith Hill's Reaction
Did anyone else catch her reaction to Carrie Underwood's win for Female Vocalist of the Year? She looked angry as she mouthed a big "WHAT?" and walked out of camera frame. It cuts away quick so I couldn't tell if she was just joking around or if she was publically just a sore loser. Does anyone have a thought?

I noticed the same thing and have been trying to find something online about it - like a clip to see it again and make sure I saw what I thought I saw. It looked like she was furious, too. What a sore loser! ... and after her "Mississippi Girl" - I'm a regular person song. I have a hard time listening to singers who have let it go to their heads.

If you want to see a video of Faith Hill's reaction go to www.youtube.com and search for Faith Hill. They have several videos on it. I think Faith was just joking around. She is too classy to actually react that way.

It sure didn't look like she was joking. It looked like she thought she had it in the bag, then "WHAT?!"

I was cracking up when Faith Hill had that reaction. I am not the biggest Faith Hill fan by any means so I have no reason to really stick up for her, but to me she was clearly joking.
But really, even if she wasn't joking, you know that is what all of them were thinking when Carrie Underwood won (WHAT?). Don't get me wrong, I like Carrie, but she only has one cd out (granted it's a good one) while the other nominees have been around for years. Good for her for winning, but I can see why others would be upset. But I still think Faith was joking.

I think she is a sore loser even though now she says it was a joke. Even if it is a joke it was in very poor taste and very unprofessional.

I agree with most of you, I don';t think that she looked like she was joking. And even if she said she was, but thought she was off-camera, then why would she joke to people that aren't watching her?...doesn't really make that much sense.

A friend thought she was starting to go out to pick it up and said "no way". I couldn't tell what she said, but the expression on her face kind of said she was shocked. I guess she didn't believe she could be beat by the newcomer. Peggy

I think she has bypassed country and gone to much toward pop. That ballad she sang on the show was so boring. Her dialog with Tim on his latest TV concert was like hearing a child speak. Her voice has improved over the years, but she is no Martina.

It is so obvious that was a joke. How come when an actor or actress does that it is funny, but when someone else does it, they're being jealous and resentful. Faith Hill was joking. Leave the woman alone.

I think she was joking. I have seen actor do it before but when Faith Hill does it everyone gets upset. Imagine if it were the Dixie Chicks who did that. Also Kanye West is really bad about ruching to the stage if he does not win.
