Review
On the whole not a bad episode, but I still feel like it drug on. Paris Hilton is definately the low point of the episode, simply because she can't act and doesn't speak well. Kristen Bell is charming as always and Enrico Colantoni had a good episode as well. I love the new character of Troy and this happens to be one of the most quoteable episodes of Veronica ever. The mystery of the episode is intriguing yet the last minute where Veronica finds out that Lilly's TOD is at least 2 hours off really brings it home. The flashbacks were good as usual and the scene at the Neptune Grand really shows why Veronica and her dad have the best father-daughter relationship on T.V!

Review
When it comes to Pilot's of new T.V. shows, it's hard to beat the pilot of Veronica Mars. It sets up a nice plot, frun entertaining characters, and a thrilling plot that will hopefully keep me entertained for yet a 3rd time. Kristen Bell is winningly charming and it baffles me that over the course of the next 43 episdoes, none of them were worthy of an Emmy or 2(in Emmy Standards 0 nominations)! With witty diaolouge and brilliant performaces this makes for one of the greatest pilots I've ever seen. So when asked what makes the pilot of Mars so great it really is a combinations of everything above, the great noir feel with a dash of comedy, and even more. As a normal episode of the show it would become, it hardly compares. But the original Veronica is just as loveable.

Hey guys, my name is Michael and in case you hadn't already guessed I will be writing about the first 2 season of Veronica Mars.
Basically, I'll write about 4 episdoes a week, and this may be in 4 different installments, 1 entry, or any where in between. I'll highlight what I thought of the episode, my theories at the time and maybe even comparing what I am thinking now to what actually happens.
