Hi,
I know that some of you have had problems using AOL and logging into the site for quite some time now.
Our community development team has been looking into the problem, though there is the chance that it's something to do with changes AOL made to its software.
Dorothy, a member here, discussed her issues with AOL and received the following. While their first suggestion helped her, I can't guarantee that these will work, but hope they will help. (Big thanks to Dorothy for sharing her solution with us -- the first AOL recommendation on the list worked best for her.)
If you encounter problems doing this or need more help, please contact AOL directly.
Thanks,
David Flores
