Read Supernatural: Jensen Ackles in No Rest for the Wicked
I'm speechless.

I'm utterly speechless.

My heart has been ripped out and stomped on.

Kripke, the Magnificent Bastard, has killed Dean.

Holy Crap.

While I try to collect my thoughts, tell me about your favorite Jensen moment in tonight's episode.

Hello everyone!

I haven't had a chance to rewatch last night's episode of Supernatural, so I'm not sure what my favorite Jensen moment is from Time Is On My Side. The moment that is standing out for me right now is his scene with Bella. He was so forceful and mean to her, it was just yummy.

So, that's my favorite moment until I have a chance to rewatch it - how about yours???
Read Supernatural: What about Jensen in Long Distance Call?
Let's talk about Jensen!!!!

My favorite moment from last night's episode, Long Distance Call, had to be the last scene between Sam and Dean. Jensen did a superb job emoting and sharing his feelings and then his response to Sam's comment - "and me" - was priceless.

Please share your favorite Jensen moment... :-D

Oh man, I'm slacking. I got distracted by some things over in Livejournal and it slipped my mind that I needed to post my Jensen blog! :-p

So, have at it - tell me your favorite Jensen moment from last night!!!!

Mine - I think I just loved hearing him shout, "Sam?? Sammy??" when Sam disappeared...
Read Supernatural Un-Book Club: The Benders
As I was sitting down to write my review of The Benders, I got stuck.

I picked this episode because it is one of my favorites of Season 1. It has everything a true Supernatural fan loves: brotherly moments, great one-liners, aliases, creepy-ass monster of the week. Plus, it's set in Hibbing, Minnesota and for this Minnesotan - that is just plain awesome.

But my dilemma remained: What do I focus on? What do I write about? After several viewings of the episode, all I had jotted down in my notes was a bunch of quotes. Page after page of quotes. But I couldn't just list them all out for you folks to read, now could I? I was still stuck.

So then I went back to the basics - what is this whole show about? It's about the relationship between these two brothers. And how does this seemingly stand-alone episode tie into that theme? By separating these brothers and then showcasing their relationship with one another:

Sam's confidence in Dean –
At the beginning, Sam (to Jenkins): My brother's out there looking for me.
At the end: Dean: Don’t ever do that again.Sam: Do what?
Dean: Go missing like that.
Sam: You were worried about me.Dean: All I’m saying is you vanish like that again, I’m not looking for you.
Sam: Sure you won’t.

Sam knows that Dean will do anything for him...no matter what it may cost Dean. It is unwavering...no matter the circumstances.

Dean’s willingness to sacrifice himself for the ones he loves –Dean (to Kathleen): You can take me to jail, but can we please find Sam first?

All Dean wants is to make sure Sam is okay and to find him. He'll do whatever it takes to look out for his little brother.

What else is this show about? At this point, it’s about finding their dad. Even though John isn’t in this episode, his presence is felt through the training his sons went through at a young age. This invaluable training ends up saving Sam’s life. Dean used what his dad taught him to solve Sam’s disappearance, which ends up solving many other disappearances that had plagued this county for generations. This was something that the state patrol wasn’t able to solve, but yet a demon-hunting felon could figure it out. Amazing.

With that, I’m going to mention some of my favorite moments and lines from this episode – feel free to add anything that I may have missed.

1. Details, details, details – I thoroughly enjoyed looking for the Minnesota items in this episode – from the license plates to the patch on the state patrol’s uniforms.

2. Oh how I miss the boys hanging out in bars – the normalcy of it makes me smile.

3. Sam getting nabbed. Seriously. How can a big guy like that get pulled underneath a car so easily?

4. Dean searching frantically for Sam, hollering: Sam! Sam!! Sammy!!! and then finally a quiet Sam as he stands alone in the middle of the road. I just want to give the poor guy a hug.

5. I really enjoyed Kathleen and thought Dean interacted very well with her.
Sam? 2 beers and he’s doing karaoke.

Yeah, Dean, kinda the black sheep of the family. Handsome, though.

Sam’s my responsibility and he’s coming back. I’m bringing him back.

6. Sam’s surprise: I’ll be damned…they’re just people.

7. Don’t *grunt* call me *grunt* Sammy. Poor Jenkins – he doesn’t know that only Dean gets to call him that.

8. Did you catch how hard it was raining when Jenkins tried to make a run for it? This was my first time of really noticing.

9. Mmmm…handcuffs. With a little Ring!Porn tossed in for fun. ]:)

10. This is completely out of character for me, a card carrying DeanGirl – but I absolutely adore how deep and clear Jared’s voice is when he asks Kathleen, You alright? If you never noticed it, I’ll pause this blog while you go listen….

*pause*

*still pausing*

Ok – you’re all back now? Good. What did you think?

11. And then our boys are reunited. Damn it’s good to see you. A brief emotion and then it’s back to the brotherly banter – Dude, they’re just people. And they jumped you? Must be getting rusty there, kiddo.

12. I’ll say it again – Demons I get, people are crazy.

13. Did you notice that creepy-ass music playing in the house, accented by the sound of Pa Bender sharpening his knife? Makes me shudder just thinking about it.

14. Dean’s snarkiness in this episode is spot-on:
I’m going to kick your ass first, and then yours.

If I tell you, you promise not to make me into an ashtray?

How about it’s not nice to marry your sister?

Eat me…no, wait, you actually might.

So you got sidelined by a 13-year old girl – just saying, you’re getting a little rusty there kiddo.

And so it ends…with the two brothers, together again, walking and talking. Just how I love to see them.

Read Supernatural: What about Jensen in Jus In Bello?
Hey everyone! I just got done watching Supernatural's Jus In Bello and am on my way to rewatch it, but thought I would get this posted so that we could talk about Jensen in this episode.

Right now...my favorite Jensen moment from Jus In Bello is when he was telling Agent Henrickson that vampires, werewolves, and evil clowns are real. Not sure why, but this moment is sticking in my head right now. Of course, my favorite moment could change once I rewatch it. ;)

Let the fun begin - tell me your favorite Jensen moment in Jus In Bello!!! :-D

Favorite Jensen Moment #2
Oh Jensen, just when I thought you couldn't break my heart anymore...you go and do it again...and again...and again...

I'm still recovering from Dream a Little Dream of Me, in which I thought Jensen did a phenomenal job!

You know, I started doing this weekly blog months ago, as a way to recognize Jensen for all his hard work. I thought somewhere down the line, I may have trouble finding my favorite "Jensen" moment in an episode. But that hasn't happened. Jensen just continues to deliver again and again and it is such a joy to watch.

I have two favorite moments from last night's episode. I know, I know - I should just pick one, but as I was driving to work this morning, I kept arguing with myself on which one to pick. And since it's snowing here, I finally gave up the argument, decided to just pick two favorite moments, and start paying attention to my driving before I ended up in the ditch!

My first favorite "Jensen" moment: When Dean told Bobby to wake up because he has been like a father to him. That just made my eyes well up...and the only reason I didn't cry is because my hubby was watching the show with me.

My second favorite "Jensen" moment: The very end, when Dean told Sam that he didn't want to go to hell. Again, my eyes welled up and I felt so sorry for this amazing young man.

Now, please tell me your favorite "Jensen" moment from Dream a Little Dream of Me.

Ummm...I wanted to come up with my favorite Jensen scene from Malleus Maleficarum to share with ya'll...but I'm a little preoccupied with the ending of this episode.

So please...tell me your favorite Jensen scene from Malleus Maleficarum...and I'll pick my favorite from the nominations.

Oh.

And...Nevermind me while you chat - I'll be over here in the corner, hyperventilating...

Dean: There's no way of saving me from the pit, is there?

Ruby: No.

Read Supernatural: Kripke interview w/ E! Online
I just stumbled upon this interview that Kristin from E! Online did with The Kripke and thought I would share, in case anyone out there hadn't seen it yet.

I don't know how spoilery the video is at the top of the page as I'm trying to be spoiler-free and didn't watch it. But I did enjoy the interview...

Here ya go!!

Well...it feels like it has been forever that I've posted a blog here. I'm not really sure if this is "new" to anyone else, but I found this interview this morning and thought it would be the perfect excuse for a new blog! Hee hee!

Anyway, here's TV.com's interview with Kripke...

Read Supernatural: What about Jensen in A Very Supernatural Christmas?

Ah...It feels so good to be back to the regular routine of posting a Jensen blog on a Friday morning.

Although, I have to admit...I really need YOUR help with this one. See, I watched the episode closely only one time, thinking about what I was going to pick as my favorite Jensen moment from A Very Supernatural Christmas. I even woke up in the middle of the night and thought about it. But I just can't do it. I can't say what my favorite Jensen moment was.

See - to me, Christmas is a time for families and sharing special memories and remembering what you are thankful for. What I'm thankful for, Supernatural-related, is that we have both Jensen AND Jared on this show. Without the two of them, we wouldn't have a show. I firmly believe this.

Therefore, I'm going to share my favorite moment from the episode and I'd like you to share either your favorite Jensen moment or your favorite Brotherly moment.

My favorite moment from A Very Supernatural Christmas: At the end, when Dean walked into the hotel after a beer-run, to see that Sammy had decorated the hotel room. I was a puddle of tears throughout this entire scene.

My runner-up favorite moment: Finding out the meaning behind Dean's necklace. Is Kripke Co. trying to keep Kleenex in business???

Well, the folks running the Ten Inch Hero blog have been very generous over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Several updates have been made, including this new pic of Priestly (Supernatural's Jensen Ackles) and they have even posted a short clip of the movie on YouTube.

Here is the link to their blog for you to see all their presents...

I haven't checked out the clip yet...tell me what you think (without giving too much away)!!! ;)

*watching as Sammy learns the ropes*
As I was watching Fresh Blood last night, I was paying close attention to Jensen's scenes so that I would be able to easily write this blog about my favorite Jensen-moment.

Unfortunately, just as I had decided that a certain scene was my favorite, another scene came along that I loved...

*shakes head*

So by the time the episode ended, I had a long list in my head of my favorite Jensen-moments. Since I didn't have a chance to rewatch Fresh Blood to narrow it down, I thought about doing inney-minney-miney-moe to pick one to share with my fellow SnObs...but then I just couldn't bring myself to do that either. Jensen just rocked last night and I didn't think that would do him justice.

Therefore, I've decided not to list my favorite Jensen-moment from last night and I'm just going to let all of you tell me which moment(s) were your favorite...

How does that sound???

*crickets chirping*

Good. That's what I thought... (LOL!)

So everyone, please start sharing!!!!!
Read Supernatural: What about Jensen in Red Sky at Morning?

Per Gaby's orders, (LOL), I'm getting this blog up sooner than usual.

Hopefully, everyone should know the routine by now.

You tell me your favorite Jensen-moment from Red Sky at Morning....and I'll tell you mine.

Or...

Wait a minute...

Is it the other way around??

Whatever, I guess I'll just go first.

My favorite Jensen-moment from Red Sky at Morning: It had to have been the last scene in the car with Sammy (this is starting to become a recurring theme, anyone else notice that??).

Sammy: "I want you to give a crap that you're dying."

<pause>

"So that's it?"

<pause>

"Nothing else to say for you?".

Dean:

<pause>

Then change of subject, "I think maybe I'll play craps."

Has Dean really given up??? Does he really not care about living any more??? *sound of fangirl hearts breaking*

I just want to add: I loved the different intro this week!!!!!! I've voiced my distaste for the other one, because it just didn't sound like Dean...but this time, it was actually from episodes (well, except for the first, "Dad's dead"). Thank you, Kripke!!!! Now, can you just do something about Bela??

Your turn - tell me your favorite moment!!!!!!!
