See, I told you it was good stuff. Monday night's Season 4 Weeds premiere delivered 1.35 million total viewers — a 64 percent larger audience than the previous season opener — and in turn gave Showtime it's highest rated telecast ever (or at least since 2004, when the ratings for SHO1 started getting broken down).
Leading out of Weeds, The Secret Diary of a Call Girl delivered Showtime's most-watched series debut: 949,000 viewers. — Matt Mitovich
