It's a girl for Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott. The pair welcomed their second child, Stella Doreen McDermott, on Monday in Los Angeles.

Little Stella arrived via C-section, weighing in at 6 lbs., 8 oz., per People. Spelling and McDermott are already parents to one-year-old Liam Aaron, and McDermott has a nine-year-old son from a previous marriage.

In addition to her increasing parenting duties, Spelling also has some new projects in the professional realm. She'll be appearing in the new 90210 as an older version of her original role as Donna, plus the third season of her and McDermott's reality show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, kicks off June 17 on Oxygen. In the meantime, we hope she enjoys the newest addition to her family. — Anna Dimond

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure I remember he and his ex-wife adopting or having a baby girl right before or after (or during!) when he and Tori got together. Am I crazy?? I wonder if he ever sees his other kid(s)????

Am I the only one that thinks Tori is, um.. odd looking? Her lips don't fit her face or something :x

Katmouse, you are right, Dean and his first wife, Mary Jo were finalizing an adoption when he left her for Tori. I believe they already brought a baby girl home when he left Mary Jo. Reportedly he pulled out of the adoption process, which endangered the whole adoption. But his ex-wife, Mary Jo did adopt the baby girl in question as a single parent.

I wonder how he explains that to his son with Mary Jo and now his other two children? I wonder how he'll explain it to the daughter he said he wanted till he met Tori when she grows up?

It does sound like a plot line from one of Aaron Spelling's shows!

Yeah, Stella's parents are real "quality" folks. I feel sorry for those 2 babies. Their papa will leave them too when a richer cash cow comes along.

AND I hope Stella doesn't look like her mother or grandfather. With a name like Stella Doreen, at least she can hope to have an attractive face to go with an ugly name... Hopefully there is some family heritage or something to explain that awful moniker combo. Blech.

Oh I like the name Stella Doreen. It could have been much much worse!

Doesn't anyone really care if Tori Spelling has a baby? If so, why?

Stella is a pretty name. It's certainly better than a masculine name like Madison or Avery. Doreen is probably a family name. Who cares if Dean broke up with his wife for Tori? Maybe he wasn't happy with her. Is he supposed to stay married to someone he doesn't love? Some people are ridiculous.

Even if Dean wasn't happy with his first wife, that's no excuse for cheating on her. File for divorce and then seek greener pastures... What they both did was nothing but pure selfishness.

You divorace spouses not children!

That is the point I tried to highlight earliar. When you know he walked away from one child, it's hard to be excited about him having another child. It does show a lack of morales and family values.

I think the lot of you, with one or two exceptions, are awful.

The very first poster on the board is making nasty comments about the look of Tori's face and someone else of Tori's father. I guess you all are super-models? Hmmm?

Complaints about the baby's name? Really? What could be worse than Stella Doreen, hmmm? How about Apple Jicama???

Folks are yellin' about Dean's previous marital and parental status, or lack of. Puh-leeze. Guys, i'm not defending him, or them, i think their previous actions are less than noble.

But the story above is meant to celebrate new life. So how about we celebrate the new life of Stella Doreen, and stop being so pissy about her family??

Happy Birthday, Baby Girl!
