Tom Cruise and Ben Stiller Are the Hardy Boys
Twentieth Century Fox has signed Tom Cruise and his sometime impersonator, Ben Stiller, to play The Hardy Men, a Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum)-directed action comedy based on The Hardy Boys. According to Variety, the plot finds the onetime sleuthing siblings grown up and estranged, then reunited to have a three-way with Katie Holmes' Nancy Drew crack one last case.

what a farce! I bet the only reason Cruise agreed to appear in a movie with Stiller is because he's one of the few actors who is even shorter than Cruise.

Oh, good. I've always loved Tom Cruise's comedies, like... Uh... And even... Oh my.
Luckily Stiller has a good track record with TV-to-film remakes.
I bet the only reason Cruise agreed to appear in a movie with Stiller is because he's one of the few actors who is even shorter than Cruise.
I am SO going to see this. When even the description has me giggling, that is gold.
I'll admit it does seem to have a modicum of potential, as long as it isn't totally campy.
