In Today's Casting News: A New L&O Cop, a Heroes Mutant
After guesting as a lawyer in the season finale of Law & Order, Six Feet Under alum Jeremy Sisto is returning to the series this fall as a regular, but this time as a new character, a detective who it's speculated will replace Milena Govich.... Although her power is being kept under wraps, The Sopranos' Blanca, Dania Ramirez, will become the newest of the Heroes next season.

Jeremy Sisto AND Jesse L. Martin... gosh... a tag team made in heaven! I'm sold. I don't care if they play the show at midnite on a Tues... I'll be watching :D

I normally don't get excited about L&O anymore but Jeremy Sisto? Sweet! I adore him and was one of the few who loved Kidnapped and wanted it to stay on the air. Glad that he will be back on tv again.

Jeremy was great in Numb3rs this past season too. I will be interested in seeing who will replace Sam Waterson as the ADA as Jack will be taking Arthur Branches' old job.

thats awesome news. jeremy sisto is one of my favorite actors and its awesome that hes now on a regular show. =] yay! him and jesse martin are like a tag team made in heaven! cant wait! =]

I HAVE A COMMENT ABOUT KIM DELANEY TOO...SHES A SUPER ACTRESS AND I SAW HER IN A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT SHE DID WHEN SHE WAS HITTING THE BOTTLE THAT WERE PITIFUL...BUT SHE LOOKS GOOD AND HEALTHY NOW AND I'M PULLING FOR HER BIGTIME..YOU GO GIRL...I WOULD HATE TO SEE YOU LOSE THE BATTLE...

Jeremy Sisto?! Sweet! Jeremy and Jesse as a team = great idea! L&O, looks like you're back on my viewing list.
He did a great job in "Numb3rs" and I just saw him a few days ago in "Clueless". He's so cute.

wow, this totally makes my day. this is EXACTLY what L&O needs! I have loved Jeremy Sisto since Grand Canyon.

I'll join the chorus. Love the idea of Jeremy Sisto coming in and hopefully dropping the girl. She was pretty bland.

While having actors play different characters on Law & Order is nothing new, this might be the first time that the same actor has appeared on back-to-back shows playing different characters. Kind of amusing. That said, you shouldn't assume that he's replacing Govich. The show is trying to cut costs, and Jesse L. Martin has been on the show for a while and therefore costs a lot of money.

Sam Waterston's "Jack" isn't going to be trying cases anymore? Why even keep the show on then? I mean Wow, that's just sad. Who could possible replace him?
As to Jeremy, I don't even know who he is so I'll have to tune in to find out. I happen to like the girl and Jesse together. They make a good team.
