It's a Spelling Wee, as Donna Martin Procreates
Tori Spelling and her husband of 10 months, Dean McDermott, welcomed their first child together, a boy named Liam Aaron, on Tuesday. "Tori and the baby are healthy," a rep for the marrieds tells People. "They're all really happy, and everybody's resting now" — now being the operative word, kiddies.
The couple's bed-and-breakfast-based reality series, Tori & Dean: Inn Love, debuts March 20 on Oxygen.
