Short Cuts: Housewives Exit, Dissed America and More
Former Frasier scribe Joe Keenan will exit Desperate Housewives at the end of this season, after just one round with the serial. Though the split is described as "amicable," insiders tell Variety there was tension between Keenan and series creator Marc Cherry.... CMT won't Miss America. The cabler has dropped the pageant, leaving the 86-year-old competition without a home for the second time in three years.... Creepshow 3 premieres on DVD May 15....
