Greek Frat Boy Slapped with DUI Charge

Not only does he play a booze hound on TV, but ABC Family's resident frat boy, Scott Michael Foster, would seem to enjoy his libations in reality as well. According to TMZ, the Greek star was slapped with a DUI early Monday morning in Hollywood.

Foster, who plays the president of Kappa Tau (the party frat) on the series, was charged and released, and set to head back to court on Aug. 11 to face his charge. — Gina DiNunno

Well on the show he did drink and drive a golf cart to lure the campus police away...but he definitely took it to far this time. In real life colleges have strict rules about DUI or under aged possession incidents.

Maybe he will do a PSA for ABC Family because this is not the image they want to project.

Wonder how ABC 'Family' is going to spin this one. Families already have a problem with drinking on Greek.
