Saturday Night Live's Ratings? Seriously Good

NBC's Saturday Night Live returned from its months-long strike hiatus by putting up its highest overnight rating in two years (since a Feb. 4, 2006, episode hosted by Steve Martin). With Tina Fey 30 Rocking the guest-host slot and Carrie Underwood delighting as musical guest, the episode's 4.1 rating/15 share also marks a 36 percent increase over SNL's pre-strike average this season.

Tina Fey is awesome. Carrie Underwood is awesome. This doesn't surprise me.

I wonder how much SNL's ratings go up when dvr play the next day is added in. I recorded it but haven't been home long enough to watch it yet.

Finally - let's address the crazy Obama favoritism in the news.

Even TV guide.com "reported" on Addison stumping for Obama -- but did they report that Ugly Betty was stumping for Hillary?

My dad started telling me abut this when I got home from work tonight. He said all the politcal channels have been showing clips today.
