If those actors and actresses refuse to appear in the Gloden Globe award, I would refuse to watch the SAG screen award if they show up in the SAG screen arwad.

Uhh...The SAG Awards is the one award show that the WGA isn't going to picket. They already granted a waiver to allow writers to work the show. That was announced a couple of weeks ago. So I don't understand where that "hopefully" is coming from. It's going to happen.

Screen Actors Guild fully supports the Writers Guild of America. Since the strike began Actors have consistantly shown up to support and to picket for the writers. The waiver should be looked at as a thank you for supporting us gift. My only dispute with the SAG awards is that CSI was nominated in the best drama and best Ensemble Drama

Let's handicap the race, shall we?
Male Actor/Drama: James Spader will win, because he always wins these awards and NO ONE KNOWS WHY.
Female Actor/Drama: Sally Field, to see what she'll say again.
Male Actor/Comedy: Tony Shalhoub, an old favorite
Female Actor/Comedy: Mary Louise-Parker, because she's the only actress from pay cable.
Ensamble/Drama: The Sopranos (Didn't this show end FOREVER AGO?)
Ensamble/Comedy: 30 Rock, the one big "upset" for the year
Ensamble/Stunt: Lost, because Ben promised the SAG members that Jacob would be most unhappy and would unleash untold horrors from the metaphorical box.

The actors can't even recongize Friday Nights Lights, Connie Britton or Kyle Chandler but nominate Boston Legal? It sickens me.

First I have to give them props for the nominations of Michael C. Hall, Tina Fey, Mad Men, 30 Rock, Ryan Gosling, and Hairspray.
But big BOO on the complete snubs for the fantastic Atonemenet, Sweeney Todd, Pushing Daisies, Battlestar Galactica, and Lost (except for its Stunt Ensemble).
Overall, meh.

Once again the cult faithful cry foul because their precious Friday Night Lights was not nominated. Why would a cliche-ridden series like FNL be acknowledged for anything? The talents of Connie Britton and Kyle Chandler are being wasted on this mediocrity. The reasons for the continued low, low ratings for this series are justified.

Sorry, folks-but what did I say? The writers and producers have given the viewers-who do after all pay their salaries, the finger in all this! Is there one word from either side about what WE want? No. So I'm not giving SAG or TNT/TBS what they want-a viewer! Sides=any bunch of yahoos who snub "CSI", "NCIS" or "L&OSVU" don't deserve my attention!
If everyone who is sick of being treated like a doormat boycotted the SAG Awards-maybe the writers and that despot representing them might get the idea that we deserve some consideration too!

TSilk - you have a total of 4 posts and in those posts you have blasted Friday Night Lights and Lost. I really don't value your opinion much!
