Ratings: When Duel Clashed with Choirs....
Duel by Craig Sjodin/ABC
Monday's numbers, at a glance:
• A House repeat won the 8 o'clock hour with a hair under eight million total viewers, besting fresh reality (oxymoron?) fare from both ABC (Duel) and NBC (Clash of the Choirs). Clash averaged 7.93 mil over its two-hour run, while the 90-minute Duel delivered 7.68 mil.
• K-Ville (5.34 mil, +230K), Underbelly (4.99 mil, +430K) and October Road (5.68 mil, +480K) all enjoyed week-to-week increases.
• CSI: Miami dominated the night with 13.95 mil, a 150 thou dip. Journeyman (4.36 mil) was down 21 percent in what may be its penultimate outing.

That's a real shame for Journeyman. It's a great show. Hopefully USA will pick it up.

Poor Journeyman. It's become one of my favorite new shows, but NBC has treated it rather shabbily, IMO. At a time when they need every show they can get, I don't understand why they're throwing this one away.

Last night's Journeyman was an amazing episode -- I'm really going to miss this show. And I pissed when at the end of the show the only promotion it got for this Wednesday's outing -- it's last episode, which for some reason is airing on a different night the same week was a voice over saying All New Journeyman. Why no preview. And why no article about this here on TV Guide like there was for Life when it aired two episodes in the Monday, Wednesday 10 pm slots.
I'm glad I know but I feel bad for other Journeyman fans who may end up missing what is very likely the last episode of this truly rare and fascinating show.
