Tuesday's ratings recap:
• The future-shocked One Tree Hill averaged 3.47 million total viewers over its two-hour premiere, a negligible dip from its Sept. '06 season-opener, and giving the CW its largest Tuesday audience since May 15, 2007.
• The Biggest Loser drew 8.9 mil in its first hour and 11.47 mil from 9 to 10, putting it at No. 2 in total viewers (behind NCIS and House repeats), but No. 1 in key demos.
• The people's choice was not to watch the People's Choice Awards (six mil), which barely managed half of last year's audience.
• Opposite the PCAs and a Mafia rerun, SVU (15.16 mil) was up 23 percent from last week.
