Pulling a Lindsay: Tracy Morgan Tempts Fate, Court
Although since his drunk-driving plea deal, the 30 Rock star has been wearing an ankle device that monitors his skin for alcohol levels, he was spotted last weekend at Rum Jungle in Vegas, the New York Post reports. In and of itself, that isn't so bad, right? His rep even confirms it but says he was only sipping Red Bull. Unfortunately, a witness says he was also doing shots of vodka, eventually drinking straight from the bottle and partying into the wee hours shirtless. And you know that wasn't pretty.

I'm sure the vodka bottle was filled with water. It was probably a prop!!!
