Paris and Nicole Camp It Up for Fat Kids
The fourth season of E!'s The Simple Life, now in production, will not only proffer Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie as camp counselors, but in one specific instance have the wafer-thin celebunots mentoring overweight kids. A rep for the reality series, though, insists to the New York Post's Page Six that the stop isn't at a "fat camp" per se, but a "wellness camp focused on eating right, yoga, nutrition and exercise." Add in "crotch flashing" and "drunk driving," and I think the gals can really get somewhere with these rugrats.

This has got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard! Nicole Richie an example of what's healthy, like those kids don't already have problems...

I hear they mistakenly use Nicole to prop up one of their pup-tents.

Whoever allows their kids to be around Nicoris is stupid. The Simple Life needs to die.

does anybody know of a way to petition this?!? nicole being a camp counselor at a "health/wellness" camp for the youth is just about the most horrible idea ever. it's disgusting. it's bad enough for her to be idealized in the media, but to actually have direct influence on the health and self esteem of teenagers and young adults and then broadcasted on national television....it's just wrong.

This is just going to send those kids another wrong message. They don't need to be exposed to anorexia right at their camp as a good example of "healthy" habits. Please, this is going to do more harm to these already vulnerable kids.

This is sick. Let's take overweight children who probably have extremely low self-esteem and have them mentored by extremely popular, skinny women who will probably just insult them and laugh at them. I hope this tanks, but the American viewers are so stupid that they will probably lap it up.

That is just horribly wrong on so many levels. Who in their right mind wants to see an anorexic at a fat camp? Sheesh. E! has found a new low.
