Paris Hilton's brother arrested for DUI - Today's News: Our Take

In a sad example of following in a bigger sib's footsteps, Paris Hilton's younger brother, Barron, was arrested for DUI Tuesday morning. Barron, 18, was caught with a .14 blood alcohol content — nearly twice the legal limit in California — and that's if you're drinking legally.

Barron Hilton, TMZ says, slipped out of his family's home on Monday night, and only reappeared at the time of arrest. The little sib's being held at the Malibu cop shop. At least his sister can offer some empathy. — Anna Dimond

If he was an average 18 year old he would loose his license until he was at least 21. Given who his family is he'll likely be back on road by the end of the week in time to kill someone when he gets plastered this weekend. btw mick jagger, at least it's not yet another Britney story.

And on a serious note, wildbill I have to agree with you. I hope the system handles this right and not let the family sway the decision in their favor. If they couldn't make a proper example out of his sister, than I hope they make one out of him.
