For Nicole Richie, It's a Girl!

Mini-Madden was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday, and weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz. Despite the uproar over Nicole's health at the outset of her pregnancy, little Harlow seems to have appeared on the scene just fine. It's probably too soon to tell, but so far, these parents have seemed to take a responsible position. I hope they continue with those mature attitudes and wish them all the best.

I'm so glad they chose quite a decent name as Harlow Winter Kate instead of something goofy like Apple, Moon Unit, or Moxie Crimefighter.

I am very happy for these two. I would like to believe they have what it takes to stay together. So far, so good ... They seem to compliment each other quite well. I think the name is cute. It's unique, yet pretty. (Apple is just stupid. And Kal-El? Not any better.) Nicole now has a little girl to dress up and spoil. Yay! http://babsbits.blogspot.com/

My yorkie weighs 6 pounds, and she's TINY! It's amazing how little we are when we start out. I wish them luck and happiness, hopefully Nicole's crazy days are far, far behind her.

Why is this news? Would it be front on center if any other reality star had a baby? Nicole Richie is famous for what? Being on reality star, being Paris Hilton's friend? Driving in the opposite direction of traffic while under the influence.

That was horrible and her lack of serving any real punishment for it bothers me. She could have killed someone.

I do hope this child makes her shape up and in essence, makes me never have to hear about her because she is no longer promoting herself.
