Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are the proud parents of a new baby girl. Sunday Rose Kidman Urban was born early Monday morning in Nashville. Keith — who announced the birth on his web site — said he and Nicole "want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful..."

The couple's spokesman told People.com Sunday weighed in at 6 pounds, 7.5 ounces.

Nicole already has two children — Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13 — from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise. — J.R. Whalen

I love these two - Congratulations and Sunday is a fairly normal name these days...I mean compared to Moxie Crimefighter or Inspektor.

For a weird baby celebrity name, that's actually not TOO bad. It has a nice ring to it. Sunday Rose. It's almost pretty.

As someone who has a very unusual first name, I can comment with authority (lol). It's a sweet, cute name, and not nearly as crazy as some of the other names I've heard. I wish the Urbans well.

I initially thought "Good Lord" over the choice of Sunday as a first name but when you think about it, there is January Jones on Mad Men, Tuesday Weld (movie actress), Wednesday from The Addams Family and all the names Dianora mentioned, it's not so bad. There are so many worse names out there. Best wishes to the Urban family!

Congrats to the new happy parents!! After all the ups and downs that they have both gone thru, they finally deserve to have happiness in their lives. Who care about the name? They like it and that is all that matters. They are a great couple and will be terrific parents. This little girl is very fortunate to have that parents that she does. I just wonder how long it will take the tabloids to trash this family. They always find a way.
